La Ricetta Premium Grade (Plain) Avocado Oil is a blend of cold pressed and refined avocado oils. With its delicate and delicious flavour, it is perfect as a dressing for salads, fresh vegetables, meat and seafood. Due to its high smoke point it is also suitable for high temperature cooking, whether it is grilling, frying or sautéing. Our oil is simply an excellent complement to preparing healthier meals!
In September 2016 we were proud to launch our new Garlic and Chilli avocado oils, which are a special blend of cold pressed extra virgin and refined avocado oils flavoured with Garlic and Chilli essential oils. Both our flavoured oils are very well balanced in flavour, the intensity is present but it is not over-powering. We have received excellent feedback from consumers and buyers who have tried our oils thus far, in 2018 our garlic avocado oil was awarded a Great Taste star.
Our oils are both Kosher and Halal certified.
From every bottle of avocado oil that we sell, we have pledged that part of the proceeds received will go to Charity.
